hazard warning switch

hi all hope you are having a good day, this problem is a strange one, hazard warning lights come when ever they want ?, when switch engine off they stop working, lol replaced switch with new Renault part, and problem still happening, advice would be helpful, I have spoken to Renault tech guy I thinks alarm problem?, so here I go again in need of help thank you in advance.
