how to test injector harness at the plug that goes onto injector

I have Clio 1.2 16v 2003,code p0202 injector circuit ... I've swapped injector 2 with injector 3 same code comes up p0202

How do I check that the plug that attaches to injector is sending signals with a multi meter ?
