Kangoo 1.5 DCI - CSC Retaining clip replacement?

Hi each and all, drove my van today after replacing the engine, it drives sweet, new clutch, new CSC, new timing belt kit, new oil filter, air filter, etc etc etc, a few problems as expected I suppose, firstly the clutch concentric slave cylinder retaining clip seems to be broke and the pipe keeps popping out, and the clutch pedel drops to the floor, I have to rebleed again, does anyone know where i would be able to get a replacement retaining clip from?



Secondly I cant seem to get the cooling system to pressurise, I did have very uneven idling but changing the fuel filter sorted it



Any advice is really appreciated.
