radio bleeping

Hi I hope someone can help me, I have a fairly old Clio 11 its 2003, recently I had to have a new battery since then I cannot stop the radio bleeping. I have the correct code and it does not say error, the radio works and tunes OK the cassette works as well, but its getting irritating listening to the bleeps all the time, thanks in advance
