Water dripping from underneath Laguna III

I've just bought a Laguna III and noticed water dripping from underneath. I thought it may be coolant or something at 1st so was going to go back to the dealer in the morning and carry on. I've dipped my finger in and dabbed a white cloth on it and it's definitely water, any ideas where it may be coming from as I've also checked the pipes and and coolant tank and everything seems fine. Thanks
