check parking brake - parking brake fault

Help please. have constant warning about parking brake fault - check parking brake.

problem started after re-connecting battery after EGR valve clean.

other recent jobs have been new towbar with bypass relay.

thought it might be my old weak battery but new battery hasn't fixed it.

hand brake works just fine stationary and moving slowly, auto or manually applied

any ideas???:crazy:
