vibration not through steering wheel

Hope someone can help ,I have a 2004 megane 1.5dci sports tourer and when driving it has a vibration that seems to be coming through the floor ,there is no vibration coming through the steering it mostly happens when the accelerator is released .when driving at motorway speeds it doesn't vibrate.any ideas would be appreciated Thanks
