Hi Everyone
I joined this forum recently after buying a Laguna II phase 2 - 2.0t Initiale Auto.
Since the day I've bought it, its had problems and the garage is refusing to do anything.
Two of the main issues were, (apart from an endless list)
1. when driving theres a noise coming from the front of the car, the garage told me its due to the car having winter tyres at the front.
I've swapped the tyres, front to back, as the back are standsard tyres with great tread.
However the noise hasn't stopped and is more noticable now.
I've taken this video with my smartphone, unfortunately the sound quality isn't great but you can just hear the noise, especially during the middle of the video. (turn your volume up)
In reality it is much louder, starts at around 15mph and prgressively gets louder as you get to 55mph.

There is no knocking, clicking and doesn't get better or worse when turning the steering wheel.
2. Also the front suspension on NSF if I drive over certain bumps or undulations in the road, theres a loud bang, rather than the usual dull thud as normally.
Can anyone give some advice as to what both of these problems could be. I'm sure wheel bearings are the issue but the car came with a brand new MOT 2 days before I bought it and nothing was reported.
A mechanic recently looked at the car, besides reporting numerous faults, missing parts etc (and tools still attached to the vehicle!!!!) said there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearings.
