Grand Scenic 2 (2005) Smoking Fan

The fan on my wife's 2005 Grand Scenic hadn't been working on position 2 recently, and today she's told me there's smoke coming out of the vents. I've had a look through the "Scenic II - Heater Fan *fixed*" and I'm uncertain which part do I need to order:

Heater Blower Resistor Fan ( http://ift.tt/1KUYSl1)

or

Renault Scenic II Heater Blower Fan Resistor PLUS Wiring Loom Harness ( http://ift.tt/1l4NUVk)

or
SmartSense Heater/Blower Motor Resistor for Renault Megane Scenic/Grand MK II 2 ( http://ift.tt/1KUYSBm) - which maybe the same as the first link?

...or something else?
