URGENT HELP NEEDED. LAGUNA 2. 2.0 TURBO AUTOMATIC DYNAMIC.so I'm new so hi. OK the car smokes loads when driving it uses oil but no water. Feels sluggish like the turbo has failed I have not felt the turbo kick in but it gets red hot if driven. The actuator on the turbo seems stuck too. Do I need a new turbo ? Please help someone thanks
