Cassette to CD Upgrade

Hi All,



I've just got a Scenic which is fitted with the Gamma "Tuner List" cassette/tuner. How easy is it to remove the unit and replace it with a CD/Tuner? Also, which unit would I need to get, and what extras (in terms of wiring/harnesses, etc.) might I need?
