Scenic 1.6 2001 auto box service?

hi to all I'm new and I have spent a couple hours trying to find a thread about this but can't so can someone help me? just bought a 2001 scenic to have as runaround but gear change a bit uneven and its done 80k is it worth and can it be done for gearbox to be kind of serviced? and if so do any members know where in Milton Keynes area. I have just moved here and looking for places to use in mk so any help would be appreciated many thanks:d
