ESP light on

Hi I picked up my Laguna Intiale 06 plate the other week ...all singing all dancing ....tonight the esp check light came on also instead of the front tyres reading 2.1 on the front and 1.9 on the back it now reads 2.4 front and 2.0 on the back ...has the tyre preasure made this warning come on?
