Glow plug light

Hi I have a 2003 mk1 Scenic 1.9 dci the other morning it would not start and I noticed that there was no glow plug light on dash replaced glow plug relay and also replaced the four black tower looking relays in fuse box still no glow plug light and no start any idea thanks
