steering wheel stalk controls

how do i get these working with my kenwood stereo?

in a previous car i had a sony stereo whereas i needed a sony patch lead for -> x car. there was another loom/plug for the sony bit. There is only 2 main plugs for the stereo, cant see another 1 :/
