new member in need of ekectronic help!!

hi, I am new here! I own a Renault Grande espace - the race. 52 plate. The cd multi changer is located in the boot, passenger wheel arch area. It wont eject, any idea how I can get to it as i suspect a cd is jammed/stuck....
