We have a 1998 renault scenic 1.9 turbo diesel
We bought it with a fault, sometimes the yellow electronic incident light constantly flashes and the car wont start, sometimes it will, the remote locks and unlocks the car fine, but the key will not lock/unlock in drivers door (but did the day we bought it and started perfectly) next day no start??
Have removed crankshaft sensor cleaned and replaced
Checked and cleaned all fuses
Swapped relays over
Checked wiring checked battery etc
Tonight I unlocked car with remote put key in ignition turned rear wiper on and put foot down on accelerator, turned ignition on, incident light goes off and car starts donecthis 4 times tonight, left it 1 hour then back too non start again, please help as thinking of cutting my losses
