Help loss of coolant and oil pressue low warning light coming on 1.5dci Scenic

Can any one help I have a 2004 1.5DCi scenic 80BHP and I am getting coolant loss no sign of it leaking anwhere and the low oil pressure light is coming on with the stop engine sign at about 2000 revs, on tick over all seems ok until you go above the 2000 revs.

I have a slight diability and lost without the car can anyone give me any idea's:confused:.
