2011 Megane RS250 unlocks it's self when hands free used.

Hi any idea if renault manage to solve the problem with the car randomly unlocking it self. Happened a few times in last 3 days. Walk away car locks it self. When you come back sometimes it's locked sometimes unlocked. Is it a case of using the button on the handle to deadlock to guarantee its stays locked.
