1999 renault espace stereo

Hello I'm a newbie and after some advice I recently bought a 1999 Renault espace which as a tape player mounted in the glove box but I don't have the code and cant get the code the one Renault gave me didn't work. I have a jvc head unit and 12 disc multiplay which I can put in what I would like to know if there is an adapter I can get so as I can still use the steering wheel controls this is a link to the stereo I have http://ift.tt/1VdtIvh
