Hi guys im in some desperate need of some advice. ive had my clio for just over 2 weeks now, i only paid £300 for it and have since fitted a clutch. After fitting the clutch i drove the car 160 miles with no problems however the next day i tried wheelspinning the car out of a car park to show off, which failed badly ? The throttle pedal became unresponsive, the electrical warning light came on and the the car went into, what im guessing, its limp mode. The car revved upto 2k then down to 1k and so on. I parked the car up and left it for roughly 8 hours, started it and it drove fine.
It has happened 3 more times since then, all during heavy acceleration, however it fixed itself with a flick of the ignition. I think ive added a picture of the codes im getting if not ill edit the text in a minute. people in my workshop are saying its the TPS but its around £50 and wanted to check if anyone knew anymore before i went ahead and wasted £50.
